For the early birds focused on time efficiency. Come warmed up and ready.

  • Thursday: High Intensity/S.I.T.

  • Cool-down

For strong women optimizing life (SWOL)

  • Tuesday: Functional Resistance Training

  • Thursday: High-Intensity/S.I.T. conditioning

Enjoy dynamic warm-ups, functional movement training, balance and cognitive enhancement, followed by a relaxing cool-down and stretch, plus a guided sensory journey—all in one comprehensive session.

The morning rush is over, now it’s your time!

*Classes vary between $30-$40 per session. 8-Week minimum committment preferred*
